Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors are not allowed to withdraw manuscripts that have been submitted under normal circumstances. Manuscript retraction is considered a waste of editorial and publishing resources, as editors and reviewers dedicate significant time and effort to processing submitted manuscripts.

If an author insists on withdrawing the manuscript while it is still under review or editing stage,  the administrative fees paid will not be refunded.

The author is reminded that before publication, a collective agreement and a declaration form are signed between the journal manager and the author. Violations of this agreement may have legal repercussions if withdrawals are made unilaterally without the editor's consent.
