In this section, the policy of the journal JassE: Journal of Social Sciences and Education regarding the distribution and posting of articles at various stages of the publication process will be described.

1. Before Submission

Authors may only submit an article to the journal JassE: Journal of Social Sciences and Education if the manuscript has not been previously published in another journal or online platform, including preprint servers.

2. After Submission

Authors are only allowed to share or post versions of articles that are on the official journal website or link to articles submitted by the journal manager: https://ejurnal.uigu.ac.id/index.php/jasse

3. After Acceptance

If the author has previously published a manuscript on any platform (e.g., a private website, institutional repository, or preprint server), then it is required to replace the previously posted version with the accepted version from the journal JassE: Journal of Social Sciences and Education and no additional changes may be made to the accepted manuscript.

4. After Publication

Once the article is published, authors should ensure that each published version includes full citation information, including a DOI and a link to the official version on the journal's website.
